HOT BUTTERED POTATOES

We just love buttered new potatoes. They go perfectly with this salad. One of our favourite lunches is a tuna salad. This salad, with half a boiled egg and 10g of grated cheese is around 450 calories. Not bad considering there is also 180g of new potatoes coated in a little butter (yes butter). It's amazing just how few calories you can squeeze onto a plate and make it look so much more. Not only that, but this salad is just so filling. Feast with your eyes and actually enjoy what you are eating!! Choose your favourite tuna - in oil, spring water or brine. Eating what you enjoy most is more important than saving a few meagre calories. That's why we have a little butter on our potatoes - it improves the taste experience and more importantly we eliminate those cravings.
OUR WEIGHT is back to what it was before Christmas too. What more can we ask.
