Pineapple soup with chilli foam

This is how our Gordon Ramsey dessert turned out...
We saw, we ate, we enjoyed.
The calories in this Michelin star dessert are to be calculated, but we feel that it's not that high.
The pineapple was pan fried in a little sugar, then put into a blender. The topping is fromage frais - with some chilli spice, whisked into a foam.
If I had to guess, the dessert is around 120 calories.
